Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stock Administrator to join our team at GXO Logistics, Inc. As a key member of our inventory management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient management of our stock levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage supplier bookings and queries to ensure timely and accurate delivery of stock
  • Conduct regular audit counts and reports to maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Perform general administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the warehouse
  • Organize and plan stock movements to optimize storage capacity and minimize waste

Requirements:

  • Experience with WMS Systems (JDA) and MS Packages
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills to accurately manage inventory levels
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
