Warehouse Operations Manager

Warehouse Supervisor Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at PartsPlus. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our inventory and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions with warehouse and driver colleagues to discuss performance, provide feedback, and set goals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring that warehouse processes and procedures are followed correctly.
- Work closely with the management team to monitor delivery schedules and ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Inspect and allocate incoming stock, reporting any discrepancies or issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, including conducting regular stock checks and audits.
- Process returns and ensure that all warehouse activities are conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that orders are picked accurately and promptly ready for dispatch to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and influence a team.
- Basic computer skills, with the ability to learn and use warehouse management systems and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
