Cleaning Supervisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at The Recruitment Co. in Daventry, Northamptonshire.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Provide flexibility to cover shifts and ensure business continuity.
  • Drive to and from cleaning locations, auditing and managing sites across Daventry, Banbury, Rugby, and Coventry.
  • Conduct inventory stock checks to maintain efficient operations.

Requirements:

  • Supervisor experience in the cleaning industry is essential.
  • Must drive and have a car due to requirements to drive to multiple sites.
  • Company Car offered once permanent.
