At Winid, a leading talent acquisition consultancy, we're seeking an HR Administrator to provide administration and recruitment support to our HR Business Partner within the Fragrance & Beauty Industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with UK Employment Law and support HR requirements of all staff in the field.
  • Analyse and compile reports for sales & commissions.
  • Manage HR Administration and its systems, ensuring effective reporting and archiving.
  • Highlight urgent HR processes to Managers.
  • Collate Sales and Commissions information for Commercial Director and HR Payroll Departments.
  • Arrange conference and HR-oriented meetings.

As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR team, ensuring the smooth running of HR processes and procedures. You will work closely with the HR Business Partner to ensure compliance with UK Employment Law and support the HR requirements of all staff in the field.

We're looking for an experienced HR Administrator with excellent administration skills, a high attention to detail, and experience in Microsoft packages, particularly Word & Excel. If you're a motivated and organized individual with a passion for HR, we'd love to hear from you
