This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Health and Social Care Professional to join our team at Alcedo Care in Chester. As a Care Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing care plans, and working collaboratively with clients and their support networks to deliver high-quality care.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in providing care, preferably with NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care.
