About the Role:

We are offering a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a qualified social worker with a minimum of 2 years experience in children's social work. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting statutory visits, liaising with professionals, and working closely with looked after children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting statutory visits to assess the needs of children and families.
  • Liaising with other professionals, such as teachers and healthcare workers, to ensure seamless support for children.
  • Developing and implementing care plans to meet the unique needs of each child.
  • Collaborating with other social workers and agencies to achieve the best possible outcomes for children.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a Diploma in Social Work (DipSW), be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), hold a current Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check, and have a full driving license.
