A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an efficient, organised Health and Social Care Trainer to join our Adult Social Care Team.

Adada Recruitment and Training Services (A.R.T.S.) are looking to recruit a Adult Health and Social Care Trainer to support our services, by delivering and coordinating the successful completion of mandatory training for our workforce.

We are looking for a dynamic and independent professional with solid care and people management experience and a flexible, enthusiastic individual, with a 'can-do' attitude to join our growing and progressive team.

**Duties**:

- Conduct training sessions for new employees to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their job effectively.
- Carry out refresher training as required and in line with CQC requirements.
- Develop and implement training programs that align with company goals and objectives.
- Create training materials, including presentations, handouts, and online resources.
- Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques.
- Assess trainee performance and provide feedback to help them improve.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance training programs.
- Report to and develop training content with the Training Centre Manager to respond to changing training needs and client feedback
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements.

Requirements for the role:

- A minimum of NVQ level 3 in health and social care is essential.
- Level 3 in Education & Training (PTLLS) or higher
- Experience in delivering training to healthcare professionals (2 years minimum)
- Significant experience and strong understanding of the Health and Social Care Industry (3 years minimum)

**Skills**:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively deliver information to diverse audiences.
- Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate trainees.
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
- Ability to adapt training methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple training projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using training software and tools.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
