**Full Job Description**
ARTS are currently recruiting an **Health and Social Care L2 L3 Trainer/ Assessor** to work with us on a permanent basis. We are currently seeking high-quality trainers who can deliver Mandatory courses in Adult Social Care and accredited courses.
We are now recruiting for an assessor who will provide outstanding adult care education, delivering knowledge and skills through approved/accredited learning programs with a focus on Mandatory training programs for all levels of care.
The role is vital in ensuring that the right training and development opportunities are provided to individuals and that their skills are recognised and certified.
**About you**:
- You must hold a training/teaching qualification i.e. Cert-Ed, Level 3 Award in Education & Training, PTTLS, CTTLS
- You must have a First Aid at Work qualification to deliver first aid training
- You must have experience in delivering the type of training courses we offer
- A driving licence and use of own vehicle is essential
- You must have a DBS check and relevant insurances in place
- You are required to have your own equipment to deliver training such as laptop, printer, projector and learning equipment.
- Teaching and / or training qualification (Essential). See List below
- Recent experience of delivering training in Adult Social Care.
- Health and Social Care industry experience (preferred)
- Driving Licence (Essential)

- Further and Adult Education Teachers certificate
- NVQ Level 3 In Training and Development ( National Vocational Qualifications)
- SVQ Level 3 in Training and Development ( Scottish Vocational Qualification)
- SVQ Level 4 in Training and Development ( Scottish Vocational Qualification)
- TQFE ( Teaching Qualification for Further Education)
- ENB 998 ( English National Board)
- NOCN Tutor Assessor Award (National Open College Network)
- Level 3 award in Education and Training, Level 4 award in Education and Training, Level 5 award in Education and Training
