At Babcock International Group, we're working to create a safe and secure world, together. As an Interim Head of Business Partnership, you'll play a key role in shaping our IT strategy and building strong relationships with our customers.

The Role

As a Transformational Business Relationship Leader, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction through effective IT leadership and relationship management. You'll work closely with our IT leadership team to develop and implement strategies that align with our corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement IT strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
  • Lead the Relationship Management practice, ensuring that they build deep and impactful relationships with customers
  • Define, govern, and deliver a set of common frameworks to ensure a strong and dynamic alignment with the ITLT and senior customer stakeholders
  • Deliver against agreed annual and longer-term financial plan and budget, including forecasting, resource allocation, and prioritization

Requirements

  • Experienced communicator at all levels of the organisation with high levels of written and verbal skills and the ability to influence and convince senior leaders
  • Management experience at a senior level working with IT professionals and a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills backed by a drive for accuracy and outcomes that add value
  • Understanding of complex information and requirements backed by excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in decision-making aligned with a good team-playing mentality and an ability to make sound decisions while working to tight deadlines and within constraints
  • Strong financial management

Security Clearance

The successful candidate must be able to achieve and maintain Standard (BPSS) / Security Check (SC) security clearance for this role.
