The Role

As a Transformational Business Relationship Leader, you'll be responsible for driving business growth and improving customer satisfaction. You'll work closely with our IT leadership team to develop and implement strategies that align with our corporate goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business growth strategies that align with our corporate goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with our IT leadership team to develop and implement IT strategies
  • Deliver against agreed annual and longer-term financial plans and budgets
  • Act in accordance with good corporate governance principles

Essential Experience

  • Proven experience in business development and relationship management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and convince senior leaders
  • Understanding of complex information and requirements
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
