Babcock International Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Interim Head of Business Relationship. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization.

The Role:

As an Interim Head of Business Relationship, you will be responsible for leading the Relationship Management practice, ensuring that they build deep and impactful relationships with our customers. You will work closely with the IT leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Relationship Management practice and develop strategies to build deep and impactful relationships with customers
  • Work closely with the IT leadership team to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Define, govern, and deliver common frameworks to ensure a strong and dynamic alignment with the ITLT and senior customer stakeholders
  • Deliver against agreed annual and longer-term financial plan and budget, including forecasting, resource allocation, and prioritization
  • Act in accordance with good corporate governance principles mandated by the Group, with all delegated authority and expenditure limits, and oversee adherence to limits for direct reports

Requirements:

  • Experienced communicator at all levels of the organization with high levels of written and verbal skills and the ability to influence and convince senior leaders
  • Management experience at a senior level working with IT professionals and a diverse group of stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills backed by a drive for accuracy and outcomes that add value
  • Understanding of complex information and requirements backed by excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Confidence in decision-making aligned with a good team-playing mentality and an ability to make sound decisions while working to tight deadlines and within constraints
  • Strong financial management
