We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team at Windsor Forest Colleges Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing payroll administrative changes, handling the processing of leavers, and keeping our HR inbox tidy.

As a key member of our HR department, you will assist our recruitment team during peak times, support our HR Business Partners in various projects, and maintain confidentiality at all times.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work under pressure.

This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for career progression and access to excellent benefits, including a competitive salary range of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
