About the Role

We are seeking a skilled IT Network Infrastructure Analyst to join our successful IT team at Luminate Education Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and developing a reliable and responsive IT network infrastructure across the group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational management of the group's Wide Area Network (WAN) and Internet links to ensure network connectivity to all group locations.
  • Development, maintenance, and review of disaster recovery (DR) plans to support business continuity plans (BCP).
  • Ensuring accurate network and server documentation is available.
  • Procurement of IT network equipment, software, and server infrastructure in accordance with College financial regulations and procedures.
  • Collaboration with the ITSS management team on the operational management of IT-related projects.
  • Review and evaluation of ICT systems to ensure they meet current and future needs of the group.
  • Management and support of Virtual Private Network (VPN) Systems for secure and remote access to staff.
Requirements
  • Skilled in IT network fundamentals with a willingness to learn and gain more experience.
  • Customer-focused with a strong team ethos, delivering an excellent shared IT service across Luminate Education Group.
  • Comprehensive IT Network Infrastructure (LAN and WAN) experience and knowledge.
  • Experience of VPN, Campus Firewalls, Cloud Wi-Fi, and 3rd party data centres management.
  • Well-developed planning and project management skills with an organised approach to major IT projects and developments.
