Full-time Contract Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Inverness. As a Commercial Project Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the delivery of a large-scale offshore wind project. Your primary responsibility will be to provide commercial support and advice to the project team, ensuring that all commercial aspects are managed effectively and efficiently.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing contracts, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. They will also be responsible for evaluating potential implications for dispute resolution and contributing to the development of quality, health & safety, welfare, and risk management systems.
This is a full-time contract opportunity with an estimated salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
