Job Description:The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting day-to-day operations, leading and assisting the care team, training and mentoring staff, and ensuring resident care plans are accurate and up to date.
Requirements:- Experience as a Deputy Care Manager or in a similar role
- NMC Registered Nurse with valid pin (RGN/RMN)
- Strong understanding of CQC standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum
- Paid NMC Pin Annual Renewal
