SEND Support Officer

We require a highly organised and efficient SEND Support Officer to join our SEND team on a permanent full-time basis. This is an ideal opportunity for someone to develop their skills in casework administration and make a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the SEND Case Officers, ensuring that statutory processes are prioritised and carried out efficiently. This includes maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Key requirements include:
- Strong understanding of SEN legislation and procedures
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and database systems
- Ability to write complex reports independently
This role offers a salary of £30,599 - £34,314 per annum, plus a range of benefits, including annual leave entitlement, pension scheme, and employee assistance programme.
