Dual Site Registered Manager Role Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dual Site Registered Manager to lead our team in Dover, Kent.
As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality person-centred support and care, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and promoting a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of our dual-site operations, ensuring seamless integration of services

Requirements:
- Proven experience in senior leadership roles within social care or a related field
- Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in care provision
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a larger team
- Flexible and adaptable, with a 'can-do' attitude
Salary and Benefits:
- Estimated salary: £43,000 - £48,000 per annum, depending on experience
