Job Description

Catch22 Include schools provides a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable young people. As an Advocate, you will work closely with our teaching staff to develop and implement strategies to support students with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead duty support for staff and students, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment
  • Support the development and implementation of behaviour management plans and risk assessments
  • Establish close relationships with partners, including Social Services, YOT, police, parents, and communities

This role requires a high level of expertise in working with young people with complex needs. Estimated salary: £28,081 (FTE), 41 weeks per annum (term time only plus 2 weeks). This role is subject to an Enhanced DBS check.
