About the Role

As a Technical Support Advisor, you will be responsible for resolving customer enquiries from our dealer network and end users, as well as internal colleagues. You will provide timely and accurate technical information via telephone calls, email, and CRM cases. Your ability to dive into technical details and find solutions will be crucial in delivering the best possible experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealing with technical enquiries via phone and email from internal and external customers and providing solutions
  • Following up on enquiries to ensure matters are resolved as quickly as possible
  • Spending regular hands-on time in our technical workshop to build knowledge and offer occasional support
  • Setting up and conducting video calls with customers both internal and external
  • Handling warranty queries
  • Investigating issues as appropriate and providing accurate, up-to-date information to the enquirer

Requirements

We're looking for someone with a background in mechanics or mechanical engineering, or someone with an understanding of products such as Stihl, Ryobi, and Husqvarna. If you have excellent customer service skills and are technically minded, we want to hear from you.
