We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Female Complex Care Specialist to join our Specialist Services Team. As a key member of our team, you will provide care and support to our clients with complex needs, including those with tracheostomy, epilepsy, PEG feed, ventilation, and other medical conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing personal care and support to clients with complex needs
- Assisting with medication administration, oxygen therapy, and suctioning
- Supporting clients with behavior management and autism
- Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care work
- Driver's license and access to a vehicle
- DBS/PVG check and references
- Right to work in the UK
