About the Role
">We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Governing Body at Repton School. As a Governor, you will play a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of the school and guiding its leadership team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong educational background and experience working with senior executives. They will be able to contribute to the development and evaluation of Repton's long-term strategy, providing valuable insights and expertise to drive growth and improvement.
The appointed Governor will also provide constructive feedback and support to the executive team and the Governing Body, helping them navigate complex issues and achieve their goals. Additionally, they will stay up-to-date on emerging trends in the technology sector and engage with school life beyond Board meetings.
