About Us:
Westbourne Motors, a leading provider of motoring assistance services in Southern England, seeks a skilled Regional Site Supervisor.

Job Summary:
As a Regional Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for the efficient operation of a site, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the training and career development of roadside staff.
  • Ensure all staff have the correct PPE and tooling.
  • Monitor and coach team performance.
  • Line management of a team of 20-30 drivers and oversee site operations in a 24/7 business.
  • Manage fleet allocation, vehicle changes, and equipment maintenance.
  • Conduct regular inspections of staff, vehicles, and equipment.
  • Assist with staff inductions and ongoing training.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £42,000 per annum plus a performance-based bonus.
  • Monday to Friday, 07:30 to 18:00, with one day off mid-week and on-call every third weekend.
  • Additional hours may be required to meet business needs.
