Job Title: Nurse in Stroke Rehabilitation

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at the Stroke Recovery Centre at Williton Community Hospital.

This is an exciting opportunity for a nurse with a passion for stroke care to work in a specialist stroke rehabilitation environment, supporting patients and their families/carers throughout their recovery journey.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively as part of a multi-professional team to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

About the Role

The role involves supporting the ward leaders in the daily running of the ward, acting as a shift coordinator as required, supervising colleagues, and promoting a safe environment within the unit.

You will be responsible for all aspects of patient care, from admission through to discharge, using a computerised record keeping system.
