About the Role:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service through individuality, serving pleasantly and efficiently.
  • Guide customers to seats, verify tickets, and resolve complaints in a professional manner.
  • Be knowledgeable about cinema services and facilities, including film classifications and identification procedures.
  • Ensure radio communication is clear and concise to maintain smooth operations.
  • Provide information on films, performances, and classifications to enhance customer engagement.
  • Monitor screens for piracy and quality issues to ensure an excellent viewing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote current marketing campaigns and raise customer awareness to drive sales.
  • Process transactions, memberships, and discounts accurately and efficiently.
  • Promote membership through personal recommendations and film highlights to encourage repeat business.
  • Encourage sales through displays and suggesting additional products to increase revenue.
