Los Mochis is seeking an outstanding Host/Hostess tojoin our flagship which elevates the London dining scene in a stunning 14,000sqft restaurant on the rooftop of 100 Liverpool Street. Located on the 9th floor, the restaurant boasts a 3,000sqft outdoor terrace with views of theCity. Los Mochis City is our second location in London following the opening of the highly acclaimed Los Mochis Notting Hill.

As a Host/Hostess, you will act as an ambassador for the exceptional service and cuisine that are hallmarks of our dining experience. Your warm, personal attention provides a memorable first impression for guests of our restaurant/ bar, making them feel welcome and valued. You will attend to dining guests promptly and deal with enquiries on the phone,always providing fast and courteous service.

Duties and Responsibilities include:

  • Greeting guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
  • Managing reservations on the telephone as well as walk ins
  • Managing an effective waiting list
  • Communicating wait times to guests and answering any general enquiries they may have
  • Managing and creating the seating chart and allocating tables and managing flow controls
  • Seating guests and distributing menus
  • Setting up tables

As a Host/Hostess we would love you to have

  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced, quality restaurant.
  • Impeccable attention to detail.
  • Be passionate about the hospitality industry.
  • Good English language communication skills with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to maintain and follow standards.
  • Drive and ambition with a desire to learn and grow within the team.
  • Proof of right to work/pre-settled status in UK.
