Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the warehouse and the successful installation of fitness equipment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Accurately picking customer orders and ensuring efficient workflow for pick, pack, and despatch
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and managing equipment holdings within the warehouse
- Timely reporting of any ongoing supplier issues to the Logistics Manager and Fitness Manager
- Ensuring accuracy of goods checked into the warehouse
- Performing general warehouse duties such as unloading deliveries, forklift driving, and assisting with other warehouse functions - training will be provided
- Collaborating with the installations team to plan movements and ensure seamless coordination between the warehouse and installation teams
Essential skills:
- Strong organisational skills with a meticulous and proactive approach
- Ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team and take ownership of tasks
- Effective planning and prioritisation abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements:
Due to the nature of the role, you must be able to drive and have your own vehicle. On occasion, you may be required to travel and stay away overnight for collections and installations as part of the install team. All expenses will be covered.
