We are looking for an experienced Senior Clinical Nurse Therapist to join our team in a challenging yet rewarding environment. As part of the OPD Fens services, you will work closely with the MDT and Service Manager to ensure continuity of care and effective partnerships with NHFT.

The post holder will be responsible for developing and delivering specialist clinics that address the complex needs of this population, focusing on trauma, personality difficulties, and comorbid mental health conditions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high-quality, evidence-based specialist assessments and interventions for offenders within the PD pathway (OPDP)
  • Managing a clinical caseload and holding therapy sessions
  • Contributing to the ongoing review, development, and delivery of Mental Health training and education to other staff
