Senior Clinical Nurse Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Clinical Nurse Therapist to join our team at the Fens Service in HMP Whitemoor. This role offers the chance to work in a challenging yet rewarding environment, providing mental health support to offenders within the PD pathway.
Key Responsibilities- Hold a clinical caseload and provide individual and group therapy.
- Develop formulations and treatment plans for formal interventions and/or management of residents' mental health and behavioural problems.
- Liaise and consult with the Fens Services Consultant Psychiatrist, NHFT Psychiatrist, primary health care team, and secondary MH teams within the prison.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Registered Mental Nurse/RMN or Learning Disability qualifications.
- Substantial post-registration experience in senior nursing positions, including significant leadership functions.
- Experience of managing a nursing service.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience.
