Customer Data Platform Manager

We are looking for a Customer Data Platform Manager to join our team at Zachary Daniels Recruitment in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire. This is a hybrid working opportunity with a competitive salary up to £28k and great benefits.
Job Description:The ideal candidate will have experience in managing customer data platforms, ensuring seamless integration with various systems and tools. They will be responsible for becoming the subject matter expert for the CRM system, supporting large-scale implementation projects led by our in-house technical team.
Responsibilities:- Manage the customer data platform, ensuring seamless integration with various systems and tools.
- Become the subject matter expert for the CRM system, supporting large-scale implementation projects led by our in-house technical team.
- Collaborate with the Communications and Campaigns team to optimise the CRM platform and data usage.
- Support the implementation of new channels and integrations, such as SMS.
- Experience in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Word).
- Strong project management and reporting skills.
