Sales Development Lead

Inenco is looking for a Strategic Business Development Executive to play a key role in driving sales growth within our aerospace and defence division. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for leading high-performing teams and identifying new business opportunities.
Job Requirements:- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a business development or sales operations role
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate sales teams to achieve their targets
- Strong leadership and coaching skills, with a passion for developing sales professionals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and data analytics tools, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on data-driven decision-making
- Solid understanding of sales funnels and appointment-setting processes
Compensation Package:
- £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary, with up to £100,000 OTE
- 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays
