Contract: Hospital
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team on a hospital site based near Cambridge. This is a great opportunity for a qualified and experienced engineer looking to join a company offering lots of progression and training.
This is a static position working Monday to Friday, 40 hours. The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary up to £40k, including:

The ideal candidate will have experience in a commercial environment, good building services knowledge, and be able to pass a DBS check. The role involves:
Key Responsibilities:- Carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance and completing the appropriate paperwork and reports
- Being on a call-out rota to provide full out-of-hours cover
- Overseeing visiting sub-contractors with regards to standard of work and Health and Safety
- Adopting a flexible attitude in relation to assisting on other properties within the portfolio
- Carrying out all duties in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Complying with all Health and Safety policies and procedures
The successful candidate will have experience in:
- Plumbing and drainage systems
- Fan coil units / AHUs / Fans
- Heating Pumps
