Job Title: Mechanical Maintenance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our team at CV Library. As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for performing planned and reactive mechanical maintenance on commercial properties, diagnosing and rectifying mechanical faults and issues, and ensuring all work is completed to high standards and in line with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Performing planned and reactive mechanical maintenance on commercial properties
  • Diagnosing and rectifying mechanical faults and issues
  • Maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and other mechanical systems
  • Building strong relationships with clients and ensuring smooth service delivery
Requirements:
  • Relevant mechanical qualifications (such as City & Guilds or NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in building maintenance, ideally in commercial environments
  • Full UK driving license
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
