Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Bell's Piece, a vibrant community that supports adults with learning disabilities.

About the Role:

  • Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes.
  • Escort and support individuals in and around the service, at external events, and appointments.
  • Support our Person Centred approach, encouraging maximum independence and helping individuals achieve their aspirations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.

Requirements:

  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively.
  • Flexibility and creativity in working with customers and their families.
  • Personal care experience is desirable but not essential.
  • Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work within rostered hours and participate in an on-call rota where required.
