Senior Care Assistant

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Day-to-day leadership of a unit, ensuring seamless care delivery
  • Supporting clinical duties, including observing, administering medication, reviewing care plans, and meticulous record-keeping
  • Driving and mentoring a team of Care Assistants, overseeing shift handovers and training new staff
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH RESIDENTS, FAMILIES, AND EXTERNAL PARTNERS
  • Assisting residents with personal care duties, fostering dignity and respect

Key Qualifications and Skills:

  • NVQ3 in care or working towards it – we're happy to support your qualification journey
  • Motivation, positivity, and excellent interpersonal skills – you'll be a natural team player
  • Previous experience in the role, with a deep understanding of its rewards and challenges
  • A genuine passion for making a lasting impact on people's lives
