Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to competitive pay, we offer a range of benefits, including:

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate care provider to join our team and deliver high-quality, tailored care to our clients in their own homes. As a care provider, you will be responsible for assisting clients with daily activities, providing companionship and engaging in activities to enhance their well-being and quality of life.

You will also be required to:

  • Assist clients with personal care, meal preparation, and medication reminders
  • Provide companionship and engage in activities to enhance clients' well-being and quality of life
  • Support clients with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, tidying, and shopping
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and our care team to ensure high-quality, tailored care
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and report any changes in clients' needs or health
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Passion for delivering person-centered care and making a positive impact on the lives of others
  • Experience in a care setting (although not essential, full training will be provided)
  • Flexible availability, especially during weekends
  • Ability to build trust and develop positive relationships with clients
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team
