Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a sense of belonging and well-being
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individual care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
