About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate SEN Support Worker to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to a young lady with complex medical needs. As a key member of our care team, you will work closely with the client's parents and other professionals to ensure her physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide 2:1 support to the client, assisting with personal care, administering medication, and preparing feeds.
  • Implement therapy sessions and activities tailored to the client's interests and needs.
  • Update the client's care plan and records, working collaboratively with the care team and medical professionals.
  • Assist with manual handling and provide support with daily living tasks.
Requirements
  • Experience supporting young people with physical disabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to the client's changing needs.
