We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Psychology Graduate to join our team as a Learning Support Assistant in SEN and SEMH schools. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing tailored support to students with diverse needs, helping them achieve their full potential academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualized support to students with SEN and SEMH needs, both in and out of the classroom.
- Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and other professionals to deliver integrated support strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and behavior management strategies.
- Encourage and facilitate students' social, emotional, and academic development.
- Monitor and report on student progress, adapting support strategies as necessary.
- A degree in psychology or a related field.
- A genuine interest in working with children and young people with SEN and SEMH needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- A rewarding and challenging role in a dynamic and supportive environment.
