Team Leader - Children's Residential

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Leader to join our team in Shropshire. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the children and young people in our care to achieve their personal best.

In this role, you will work closely with our experienced and supportive team to ensure that the children and young people in our care receive the best possible outcomes. You will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Support Workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are equipped to provide high-quality care.

As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and managing a team of Support Workers
  • Providing guidance and support to ensure that staff are equipped to provide high-quality care
  • Working closely with the management team to ensure that the service is delivered to the highest standards
  • Contributing to the development of policies and procedures to ensure that the service is safe and effective

We offer a competitive rate of pay, £13.50ph - £14.50ph, plus an additional £30 per sleep-in. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
