About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Team Leader to join our team at York House, Shrewsbury. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the service, supporting the staff team and the people we support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the staff team and the people we support
- Oversee the day-to-day running of the service
- Work towards a NVQ Level 3 in health and social care
- Cover sleep in sessions and be part of the On Call rota
