About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Control and Instrumentation Engineer to join our team at Airswift. As a key member of our operations support team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our offshore assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to operations and maintenance teams, ensuring the effective application of company procedures and policies.
  • Support the development and implementation of engineering improvement plans, focusing on safety and production enhancements.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and identify opportunities for improvement, working closely with maintenance and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with government bodies, such as HSE and BAIS, as required.
  • Provide guidance and support to maintenance, repair, and replacement strategies for instrument and control systems, including obsolescence management.
  • Lead technical aspects of company Management of Engineering Change process, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Contribute to the development of scopes of work and the raising of purchase orders for specialist activities.
Requirements
  • Degree in Instrument discipline or relevant industry experience.
  • Strong experience in operations and maintenance support roles for oil and gas operators.
