About the Role

The Fundraising Operations Assistant supports our Fundraising Operations Team by processing gifts, maintaining accurate supporter data, and providing exceptional donor care. This role also contributes to the wider Fundraising Development Team in donor stewardship, ensuring a seamless experience for our supporters.

  • Process daily gifts, including cash donations
  • Maintain digital records of gifts and donation forms
  • Manage website donations and third-party platforms
  • Record all gifts on our CRM database
  • Express gratitude to donors through personalized acknowledgments
  • Support communications to donor groups, focusing on stewardship and local engagement
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree or 2+ years of administrative support experience
  • Experience working with fundraising or similar CRM databases for marketing, engagement, and/or fundraising
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

You will excel in this position if you have:

  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • Confident communication skills for effective interactions with volunteers, donors, and partners
  • Excellent attention to detail and teamwork abilities
