About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Domiciliary Care Practitioner. This role involves providing high-quality care and support to our residents in their own homes.

The Job Description

  1. To provide personal care and support to residents in their own homes
  2. To assist with daily living tasks and promote independence among residents
  3. To maintain accurate records of resident care and activities
  4. To communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues

Requirements

  • A level 2 or higher in health and social care (or equivalent)
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in care provision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends

Salary & Benefits

Our salary package includes an estimated £18,000-£21,000 per annum, based on experience. You'll also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including enhanced pension scheme, life insurance, and access to training and development opportunities.
