About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Helpdesk Administrator to join our Estates and Facilities Division. As a key member of our team, you will provide a high-quality, professional administration service to ensure the smooth running of our hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Estates and Facilities Division, including logging maintenance tickets, taking phone call queries, and communicating with department managers.
  • Support the admin team in providing a flexible, productive, and responsive administrative service to the division.
  • Maintain a streamlined and effective helpdesk to ensure a comfortable and pleasant hospital experience for our service users.
