Job Summary:
Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at the Humber Centre. This role involves ensuring the Food Service operation meets high standards, serving quality food in compliance with contractual requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and presentation, including textured diets. They should be able to work in a fast-paced environment, prepare meals according to establishment recipes, and maintain a clean and safe workspace.

This role requires close attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. The successful candidate will have access to training and development opportunities to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare meals and follow establishment recipes
* Ensure high-quality food production and presentation
* Maintain a clean and safe workspace
* Assist other cooks and staff as needed

Requirements:
* Knowledge of textured diets
* Experience of working in Mental Health services and care homes
* Full knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team
