We are looking for a highly motivated and qualified Clinical Pharmacist to join our multidisciplinary team in the NHS. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in improving patient outcomes and contributing to the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Your responsibilities will include managing medications for patients with complex needs, delivering clinical medical reviews, and providing expert advice to healthcare professionals. You will work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless communication and effective care coordination.

A salary of around £60,000 - £75,000 per annum, based on experience, is on offer for this exciting opportunity.
