Residential Contracts Manager

CV Library is a leading provider of high-end bespoke new residential builds and restoration of listed and historic properties.
About Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Residential Contracts Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects, working closely with our project Quantity Survey to appreciate and understand the commercial implications and drivers associated with the delivery of the project.
Key Responsibilities:- Programme construction works to ensure timely completion.
- Supervise construction works to maintain quality and safety standards.
- Manage site meetings with sub-contractors and clients to ensure effective communication.
- Procure materials and sub-contractors to meet project requirements.
- Monitor and control project expenditure to ensure it remains within budget.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with sub-contractors and clients to ensure successful project delivery.
- SSSTS / SMSTS qualification desirable.
- Technical knowledge and experience in building houses from start to finish.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Competitive salary of £40-£60,000 per annum depending on experience.
