Job Role: Residential Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Residential Contracts Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of residential projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the project Quantity Survey to understand commercial implications and drivers associated with project delivery.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Programme construction works and supervise site activities.
  • Maintain quality control and complete RAMS.
  • Coordinate trades and liaise with clients.
  • Manage site meetings and sub-contractors.
  • Procure materials and sub-contractors.
  • Follow Architects and Engineers drawings.
  • Monitor budget and cost control.
Requirements:
  • Must live within a 30-minute drive to Newbury.
  • Must have technical knowledge with experience in building houses from start to finish.
  • SSSTS / SMSTS is essential.
  • Must be IT literate.
