We are a leading construction company specializing in high-end bespoke new residential builds and restoration of listed and historic properties.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Contracts Manager to join our team in Newbury and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the project Quantity Survey to appreciate and understand the commercial implications and drivers associated with the delivery of the project.
  • Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget.
  • Programme construction works.
  • Supervise construction works.
  • Maintain quality works control and complete RAMS.
  • Manage site meetings with both Sub Contractors and Clients.
  • Manage sub-contractors.
  • Procure materials.
  • Procure sub-contractors.
  • Have a keen awareness of budget, cost control, and cost recovery.
Requirements
  • SSSTS / SMSTS is essential.
  • Full UK driving licence is required.
What We Offer
  • £40,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience.
