Contract Manager

This is a full-time, permanent contract role based in an office environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the management of Purchase Orders using SAP, participating in final invoicing approvals, and resolving customer, financial, and operational queries. They will also assist Senior Managers with internal monthly sales and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with raising and managing Purchase Orders using SAP
- Participate in final invoicing approvals, processing, and resolving customer, financial, and operational queries
- Assist Senior Managers with internal monthly sales and financial reporting
- Process a high volume of varied customer orders/requirements across a range of customer and contract types
- Experience in customer/account level operational and management reporting, issue escalation & resolution with senior customer leads, internal stakeholders & management
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of proven experience working in a Contracts Management, Commercial Operations, or Account Management role, with SAP experience and a good understanding of basic Financial Accounting modules, financial software, and processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, and Outlook) is also required.
